Полярная сова – самая загадочная птица, с которой связана масса всевозможных легенд и поверий. Спутница знахарей и сказочных волшебников, сова в национальном фольклоре различных народностей мира наделена силой, недоступной для других животных.
У древних греков, к примеру, она считалась символом высшей мудрости. В Индии – богиней богатства. В культурах племен американских индейцев сова была олицетворением сверхъестественных знаний и пророчеств.
Эта птица почитаема у северных народов России. Увидеть полярную сову считается счастьем, несущим большую удачу на целый год. Именно поэтому у северных народностей нашей страны самыми распространенными оберегами были и остаются фигурки полярных сов, а также коготь этой редкой и загадочной птицы.
В разных культурах сова ассоциируется с мудростью, интуицией и знаниями. Её считают оберегом от обмана, иллюзий и чужого влияния.
Поэтому я и выбрала полярную сову для того, чтобы показать свой внутренний мир. Я каждый день, при принятии решений слушаю свой внутренний голос. Опыт показывает, что первый вариант, который дает мне интуиция, часто самый правильный. Я считаю себя сильной, мудрой и самодостаточной. Я убеждена в том, что нужно верить в себя, в свои силы. В каждом из нас есть огромный потенциал, который часто скрыт от нас самих. Нужно раскрывать и узнавать себя каждый день. Это бесконечная работа над собой. Но результат бесценный.
У созданного мной украшения отстегивается цепочка и кисти и сова становится брошью. Размер совы 12,5 см х 9,5 см. Общая длина украшения 51,5 см.

A polar owl is the most mysterious bird, with which the mass of various legends and beliefs is associated. The companion of healers and fairy-tale wizards, the owl in the national folklore of various nationalities of the world is endowed with power, inaccessible to other animals.
The ancient Greeks, for example, considered this bird as a symbol of higher wisdom. In India the owl is the goddess of wealth. In cultures of American Indian tribes, it was the personification of supernatural knowledge and prophecy.
This bird is highly respected by the northern peoples of Russia. To see a polar owl is considered happiness, carrying great luck for a whole year. That is why the most common amulets for the northern nationalities of our country were and remain figures of polar owls, as well as the claw of this rare and mysterious bird.
In different cultures, the owl is associated with wisdom, intuition and knowledge. It is considered a talisman from deception, illusions and other people’s influence.
That’s why I chose a polar owl in order to show my inner world. Every day I listen to my inner voice while making decisions. Experience shows that the first idea or thought, which my intuition gives me, is often the most correct. I consider myself strong, wise and self-sufficient. I am convinced that you need to believe in yourself, in your own strength. There is a huge potential in each of us, which is often hidden. You need to reveal and recognise yourself every day. This is an endless work. But the result is priceless.
The chain and brushes of the necklace I’ve created come off and the owl becomes a brooch. The size of the owl is 12.5 cm x 9,5 cm. The total length of the necklace is 51.5 cm.
