Тема конкурса «Назад к истокам. Племенные мотивы» дала огромный толчок моему творчеству. Идея колье «Бегущие к звездам» родилась мгновенно. Я зацепилась за возвращение к истокам, и моя работа наполнилась символами. Истоки для меня – это женское начало, сила природы и глубины космоса. Женщина, вышитая на колье, запечатлена в прыжке, она стремится вперед, связывая собой прошлое и будущее. Она – исток человечества, начало всего. Лошадь символизирует собой природу, мы все ее дети. Женщина и лошадь являют собой часть полумесяца, это тоже символ. Луна – ближайшее к нам небесное тело. Мы, как и древние люди, обращаем свой взгляд, полный вопросов о наших истоках, вверх, в небо. Мы стремимся найти ответы там, вдали. Звезды на колье – ярчайшие объекты созвездия Андромеда, в пределах которого расположена ближайшая к нам спиральная галактика, где обнаружены звезды-двойники нашего Солнца, с системами планет, где возможно есть жизнь. Кто мы? Откуда мы? Где наши истоки? И насколько далеко нужно зайти, чтоб вернуться назад к истокам?
The topic of the competition has given a great incitement for my creation. The idea of «Running to stars» necklace was born just immediately. I made a base on the returning to the sources, and my work was filled with symbols. As for me personally the sources are represented as feminine, force of nature and depths of space. The embroidered woman on the necklace is depicted in jump, she aspires forward, connects past and future. She is the source of mankind, beginning of everything at all. The horse symbolizes nature, we are all it’s children. The woman and the horse are served as the part of the half moon, and this is the symbol, too. The moon for us is the nearest sky object. And we, like the ancient people, are looking up high to the sky with great amount of questions about our sources. We are trying to find answers afar. The stars on the necklace are the brightest stars of the Andromeda constellation, within wich the next spiral galaxy, the Sun’s double stars with planet systems, where another life may be. Who are we? Where are we from? Where are our sources? And how deep must we go to get back to the sources?
