Увидев предлагаемый конкурсный набор, я не раздумывала и секунды, и твердо знала, что буду участвовать в конкурсе с таким прекрасным цветовым набором.
Достаточно увидеть конкурсный набор – и перед глазами возникают образы удивительных витражей готических соборов, горделиво взмывающих к небу свои ажурные башни.
Эскиз был готов через день.
Я всегда восхищалась работами Клода Моне, который сделал более 200 видов Руанского собора, запечатлев его совершенно разным, в зависимости от времени года, дня, освещения… Эти работы называют классикой импрессионизма, картинами, передающими впечатления, «impressione».
С полотен Моне собор предстаёт перед зрителем совершенно разным: загадочным, потерянным или уверенным, весёлым. Погодные условия меняют атмосферу картины, а вместе с ней, целиком, — настроение картины.
Вдохновившись работами Моне, я захотела отразить в колье силуэты готических соборов, передать игру света в старинных витражах в солнечный день, веселый гомон воскресной Рю Сен-Ромэн в июле, вечный плеск Сены в граните набережных…

When I saw the proposed contest set, I did not hesitate for a second, and definitely knew that I would participate in the contest with such a beautiful color set.
Only one glance at this contest set — and one can picture images of amazing stained-glass windows of Gothic cathedrals, proudly racing their “carved” towers to the sky.
The sketch was ready in two days.
I have always admired the masterpieces of Claude Monet, who made more than 200 paintings of Rouen Cathedral, capturing it completely different, depending on the time of year, day, lighting … These works are called the Classics of Impressionism, pictures conveying impressions, «impressione».
On these paintings of Monet the cathedral appears completely different: mysterious, lost or confident, cheerful. Weather conditions change the atmosphere of the picture, and, entirely, the mood of the painting.
Inspired by the work of Monet, I wanted to reflect in this necklace the silhouettes of the Gothic cathedrals, the play of light in the old stained-glass windows on a sunny day, the merry hubbub of the Sunday Rue Saint-Romain in July, the eternal splashes of la Seine in the granite embankments …
