Когда объявили о начале конкурса, я очень обрадовалась, до этого у меня был успешный опыт участия в конкурсах. Но… Оказалось, в моей умной голове не было ни одной умной мысли на тему -«Противоположности». Глядя на новую коллекцию Сваровски возникала ассоциация о Льде и Пламени. Но почитав комментарии под постом о начале конкурса, я поняла что эта идея была у многих. Долго пыталась нащупать что то другое, оригинальное. Увы… безуспешно. Было много заказов и работы, о конкурсе пришлось забыть. Я очень люблю голубые стразы и голубые ленты шибори. Заказала немного камней и подвесок оттенка Lidht Sapphire Shimmer и новые ленты. Обе посылки пришли в один день 30 декабря. А 31 декабря мы с сыном сели смотреть главную премьеру этого года бессмертную сказку «Красавица и Чудовище». И вот этот миг, когда все в голове сложилось!!!! Этот восторг и волнение понимают все мастера, когда не можешь уснуть, а в голове роятся эскизы. 31 декабря ночью я начала работу над колье. Колье повторяет повторяет силуэты танцующей пары. Красавица и Чудовище- две противоположности, которым суждено быть вместе. Вечная сказка о любви и красоте. Стразы Light Sapphire Shimmer- сторона Чудовища, цвет его глаз, единственрое человеческое в его облике. Стразы Golden Shadow- сторона Красавицы, ее золотое сердце. Голубая лента шибори- цвет камзола Чудовища, и намек на его благородное происхождение. Коричневые ленты шибори- цвет волос Белль и намек на ее происхождение из народа. Есть в моем колье и волшебная роза и слезы печали и когтистая лапа и  ЛЮБОВЬ, которая все объединяет. И конечно…немного ВОЛШЕБСТВА.

For a long time I was trying to find something different, something original.
Alas … unsuccessfully.
At that time I had many orders, I worked hard, so I nearly forgot about the contest.
I like blue rhinestones and blue shibori ribbons very much.
I ordered some stones, Lidht Sapphire Shimmer pendants, and some new ribbons.
Both parcels arrived one day on December 30.
On December 31, my son and I sat down to watch the premiere of the year the immortal fairy tale «Beauty and the Beast».
While watching a great idea was born in my head!!!
This feeling of excitement is understood by all masters, when you can not fall asleep, and sketches are being born in your head.
I start doing the necklace at night December 31.
The necklace repeats the silhouettes of the dancing couple.
Beauty and the Beast are two opposites, destined to be together.
It is an eternal fairy tale about love and beauty.
Light Sapphire Shimmer rhinestones are on the side of the Beast, they symbolize the color of his eyes, the only human manifestation in his appearance.
Golden Shadow rhinestones are on the side of the Beauty, they symbolize her golden heart.
The blue shibory ribbon embodies the color of the monster’s jacket; it is a hint of his noble origin.
The brown shibory ribbon embodies Beauty’s hair color; it is a hint of her origin from common people.
In my necklace, there is a magical rose, and tears of sadness, and a clawed paw,and LOVE that unites all things.
And of course … a bit of MAGIC.
