Колье названо «per aspera ad astra» что в переводе с латыни означает «через тернии к звездам». Темой конкурса были противоположности, а в этом украшении они представлены как трудности, что нам встречаются на пути к заветной цели и мечте, к которой мы стремимся, преодолевая эти трудности.
Нижняя часть колье представлена в виде терний и преград, что заграждают путь к этим «звездам» и мечте. Жгут из бисера словно ветви, которые обвили Growing Crystal и Slim Trilliant, и не дают к ним подступиться.
Верхняя часть колье изображает сами «звезды» и мечты. На чокере можно их увидеть в виде бусин, пайеток и кристальной ткани Galuchat.
